About Emily

For most of my career, I have been working as an Accredited Transformative Coach, Facilitator, and Mentor. My work has evolved over the last 20 years in the Well-being industry working internationally with a variety of individuals, groups and organisations in both the education and corporate sector.

I am passionate about working with people who are looking for a change in who they are or how they work and are keen to challenge themselves to grow by building resilience and wellbeing. I meet the client where they are in their world to support, challenge and provoke exploration and growth.

My knowledge of human development and ways of being is also informed by my own personal development and the challenges I have had to face. As a result, I am passionate about helping others to find their own resilience and wellbeing through self-compassion, somatic practice, self-awareness, and personal development. I believe the most effective path to resilience, good wellbeing and effective working practice is through self-knowledge and connecting to our higher self.
