Pause, Rest & Renew
A Summer Retreat for Women
12–14 June 2026 | Old Bidlake Farm, West Dorset | £195 per person
This June, we’re inviting women to step away from the noise and come home to themselves for a weekend of deep rest, honest reflection, and genuine connection in the heart of the Dorset countryside.
Set on our 8.5-acre smallholding in the Marshwood Vale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Old Bidlake Farm is a genuinely quiet, wild, and nourishing place to exhale. This isn’t a luxury hotel retreat – it’s something more real than that.
What the weekend holds:
- Guided meditations with Emily, a meditation teacher with 20 years’ experience
- Deeply restorative sound baths with reiki, held by Simon, a qualified sound therapist
- Honest, spacious conversation to help you listen inward and reconnect with your own ‘true north’
- Unhurried time in nature – the meadows, the birdsong, the big Dorset skies
- Simple, nourishing food provided throughout, so you can fully arrive and simply be
- A balance of togetherness and solitude – shared moments and quiet ones
There’s nothing performative about this weekend. It’s designed for women who are tired of pushing through, and ready to pause.

Your Hosts
Emily has spent 15 years as a life coach and facilitator, working with women navigating change, burnout, and the constant pull of a busy world. She has taught meditation for 20 years and is a Reiki Master. She brings warmth, directness, and a deep commitment to helping women trust themselves again.
Simon is a sound therapist, green woodworker, and life coach with 20 years of experience holding space — from socially excluded adults to educators and senior leaders. His sound baths are unhurried and genuinely restorative.
Together, they own and run Old Bidlake Farm, and this retreat is an expression of everything they believe a weekend away can be.
