
Being You Programme
Thanks so much for your interest in my programme Being You. I’d love you to join us on this journey when we start in October 2025.
Here I’m going to tell you what this is all about and give you the time to see if this is for you.
The outcome of the programme is simply to help you to become more You; to find the clarity of mind, courage and connection to yourself to build the life you want.
I’ve called this program Being You, because that’s our focus here, to help you find your authentic self whether you feel like you’re always accommodating everyone else, feeling stifled in your relationships or you frequently ignore yourself and what you need.
This is the programme to help you to feel vibrant and uncompromisingly You with Clarity, Courage and Confidence.
We’re going to help you over the three biggest hurdles along that journey.
The end result is knowing who you are, what you need, what you value and how to build a life around that. You will have the tools, resources and an action plan to move forward with Courage, Clarity and Confidence.
Hurdle 1
You’re feeling stifled in your relationship with others and yourself, or you find yourself being too accommodating in other areas of your life. You don’t know what actions or decisions will make the change you want to see.
How we will work
We will look at relationship theory with self and others, how to build healthy effective boundaries and the powerful 7 steps to courageous conversations.
Result
You’ll start to feel more empowered and courageous in yourself so you can implement changes in your relationships and improve communication.
Having clear boundaries with yourself and others will also give you more freedom to be yourself and fulfill your wants and needs.
Hurdle 2
You’ve lost your sense of self, and feel out of alignment. This is not how you wanted life to be.
How we will work
Women often tell me the reality of life is very different to how they expected or wanted it to be and just in the process of living, they have lost their sense of who they are.
We will look at what makes you uniquely you, finding your life compass and self belief to give you clarity on your journey including doing the Enneagram test and joining Emily on two 1-1 calls.
Result
You have a greater sense of who you have been, who you are now and how you want to be moving forward with tools and insight to take the first steps.
Hurdle 3
You’re often overwhelmed and mentally busy trying to deal with the stuff life throws at you, there may be loneliness in your relationship, there may also be a sense of loss for what could’ve been or what you’d hoped for. All these emotions are valid and real but can also be really exhausting.
How we will work
We often feel a huge range of emotions as we face change in who we are or begin to notice how incongruent our life is from how we thought it would be. These are real and very human experiences and if we can learn to navigate these with more ease, we can maintain balance and clarity on our growth journey.
We will look at how to navigate emotions, build literacy around our feelings and how we express them. Explore what habits will best suit you to find clarity and confidence in who you are.
Result
Greater clarity, confidence and courage to let go of the negative, draining parts in your life that aren’t aligned with what you most value, and to step into a life that is full of ease, joy and connection.
Here’s how you and I will work together to make this happen:
The System
We’ll be on this journey for 5 months. You’ll progress through the Being You programme of 8 sessions of 1hr 45 mins.
You’ll hit milestones through the programme and be invited to do self-reflections and send in these reflections to keep you accountable.
The Support
We will meet on 2 group coaching sessions of 1hr 15 mins over the duration of the programme where you can celebrate successes, ask questions, get support and be part of the community of women all on a similar journey.
You will also have two 1hr 1-1 sessions to support you with the Enneagram results and any other aspects of the program.
The Community
During our 5 month partnership, you’ll be a part of the Being You Community surrounded by a wonderful group of women all on a similar journey.
The group will be no more than 12 people to maintain a supportive, safe environment for everyone to learn in.
The Requirements
All that we require is that you are ready to jump in and explore what it takes to move forward whatever that looks like in your journey. You are tired of being uncertain, lost and accommodating others, you are ready to discover more about You and understand how you can help yourself. In other words you are ready for a shift into Being You.
So how do I join Being You?

What’s all this going to cost me?
The investment is £1842 for the full 5 month programme with a deposit of £500 to secure your place

The Group dates are:
Module 1 – October 29th
Module 2 – November 12th
Module 3 – November 26th
Group Coaching – December 10th
Module 4 – January 7th
Module 5 – January 21st
Module 6 – February 4th
Group Coaching – February 18th
Module 7 – March 4th
Module 8 – March 18th
All modules are online on Wednesdays at 5.30-7.15pm (roughly every other week)
All Group Coaching is on Wednesdays at 5.30-6.45pm
The two 1-1 sessions of an hour each with Emily can be arranged at your convenience after Module 1.
